Nicki Dyson
Associate Broker
Meet Nicki Dyson. A fifth-generation Idahoan, Nicki Dyson has called the McCall area home since 1999. After earning a B.S. in Biology from Idaho State University, she began her career with Idaho Fish and Game before transitioning into the resort and real estate industries.
Nicki brings more than a decade of experience in the fractional residence business at Hearthstone, including eight years as resort manager. She began her real estate career helping Hearthstone owners resell their fractional interests, gaining valuable insight into the needs of both property owners and buyers. Her involvement with the Spring Mountain Ranch house committee and service as a board member further deepened her knowledge of the development, its history, and its community.
Today, Nicki works with buyers and sellers throughout the McCall area, providing thoughtful guidance, local expertise, and attentive service throughout every step of the real estate process. She especially enjoys helping buyers recognize when they have found the right home and guiding sellers through preparing, marketing, and successfully selling their property.
Nicki is passionate about introducing clients to McCall and helping them discover what makes the area so special—from year-round mountain recreation to its welcoming, close-knit community. As a longtime local, she understands the lifestyle and values that draw people to the region, as well as the practical details that matter when choosing a home here.
Nicki lives in McCall with her husband, Mike, and their two youngest children, Kate (15) and Jimmy (5). Mike’s contracting background and current position in lumber sales at Builders FirstSource provide an additional resource for clients considering new construction, remodeling, or other property improvements.
The Dyson family is deeply involved in local hockey. Nicki and Mike have spent more than a decade coaching, managing youth teams, and supporting the McCall Youth Hockey organization. Their oldest son attends Boise State University, where he majors in civil engineering and plays for the Boise State Hockey Club.
Outside of work and the rink, the family enjoys skiing, hiking, camping, fishing, and mountain biking. For Nicki, McCall is more than a place to live and work—it is home. She is proud to share her knowledge of the community and help clients find a place where they can feel at home, too.
