Kyle Looper is President of Brundage Mountain Village and Director of Real Estate at Brundage Mountain Resort, where he leads the vision, strategy, and execution of the resort’s long-term real estate and village development program.
Since joining Brundage, Kyle has played a central role in launching the resort’s first phase of ski-in, ski-out real estate, successfully bringing product to market and establishing the foundation for a multi-phase mountain village expansion. He oversees residential strategy, product positioning, capital planning, and sales execution, while working closely with ownership and resort leadership to align development with the broader mountain operations and brand vision.
Kyle’s responsibilities extend beyond sales. He is actively involved in master planning, entitlement strategy, CC&R structuring, infrastructure coordination, municipal services implementation, and long-range community design. His work spans early-stage feasibility and financial modeling through vertical development planning and buyer engagement, ensuring that each phase contributes to a cohesive and financially sound long-term vision.
Under his leadership, Brundage Mountain Village is advancing a thoughtfully scaled, ski-in, ski-out community that integrates hospitality, residential, and mixed-use components designed to support both resort vitality and enduring property value.
