Bob Crawford

Bob Crawford, a founder and the Designated Broker of Crawford Olson Real Estate, is also a leading transactional broker in Idaho’s West Central Mountains. Bob’s source of clients tend to be repeat business and by word of mouth recommendations.

Crawford handles house sales in Meadows Valley, MeadowCreek and throughout the McCall area. He has represented numerous buyers and sellers of property fronting Payette Lake.

Some of Crawford’s major land sales include the 1,550 acre Brown’s Ranch in New Meadows, and the 1,000 acre West Pine parcel, also in New Meadows. He represented the buyer of the 730 acre Twin Pines River Ranch in McCall and the seller of a 4,800 acre tract of timbered land in the Gold Fork area of Donnelly.

Crawford has recently help launch “ranchette” projects, where parcels of land typically 20 acres or larger are created and sold. One such project is the 830 acre McCall Ranch south of the McCall Airport. Bob also handled Smylie Ranch in McCall and Norwood Ranch in Donnelly.

Over the years Bob has been active in representing a number of major subdivision sales efforts, including all three phases of Aspen Ridge in McCall, 265 lots and 20 condos at MeadowCreek Golf Resort, the 60 parcel West Pine project in New Meadows, and the 20 lot neighborhood of Mill Park Village fronting Payette Lake in McCall. He also was the development partner for the 21 patio home project MeadowCreek Village and the subsequent MeadowCreek Village Estates. Bob personally developed Canyon Creek in Meadows Valley.

Crawford’s recent commercial transactions include the Timberline Title property and business in Council, the Turning Point Chevron in New Meadows and Lakeview Chevron in McCall, among others.

Bob had a successful career in commercial real estate in San Diego, CA in the 80’s and 90’s before moving to McCall with his wife and children in 1993.
