Meet Our Team

Bob Crawford

Broker/Owner

Bob co-founded the company in 1994 along with Matt Hunter, now of Kauai. Hunter Crawford’s first office was located at the Shore Lodge and they handled the sales of the twenty lot Payette Lake front Mill Park Village for developer Papa Doug Manchester. The company moved on-site to handle sales at the MeadowCreek Golf Resort in 1995, and also handled the sales of the Little Salmon River Estates project. The Crawford Company sold MeadowCreek’s entire remaining inventory of lots, condos and adjoining acreage and by 1999 sold the resort property itself. Bob stayed involved with MeadowCreek and developed MeadowCreek Village and MeadowCreek River Ranch for the McNeal Family.

In 2002 Bob developed Canyon Creek in New Meadows and in 2004 co-developed Van Dorn Estates with Mike Olson. Bob continued his project brokerage orientation by handling the sales of the 500 acre, 60 parcel West Pine project in New Meadows with the assistance of Mike Olson. Bob also co-listed and sold out the 124 lot Aspen Ridge I and II project in McCall along with Bill McMurray of Community Real Estate.

Bob is a Potlatch Preferred Broker and has provided Idaho’s largest land owner (PCH, NYSE), with development services and land sales representation in West Central Idaho.

Bob began in real estate in 1983 and for eleven years was a commercial real estate agent in San Diego, where he worked for the downtown office of CB Richard Ellis and handled industrial leasing and a variety of commercial and investment sales. He and his wife Cindy have three children and love living, working and playing in McCall Idaho.
